I use the Nuva ring, which causes a slightly different flavor, so we thought this would help, but it has a sort of plastic flavor and my husband likes me better without it. I did like the warming sensation, but it's pretty sticky and hard to get out of the sheets. I haven't tried it on him yet, but I did taste it plain and didn't like or dislike it especially.
