Well, I found that it doesn't do much for my nipples but makes a great chap stick! SERIOUSLY! And it tastes good.

diffinatly tingles. I'm not a big fan of the taste though. But can be put on multiple places on the body. My hubby really liked it. It's a good buy. The jar will last you forever!

I likes the Nipple Nibblers and so did my BF.I would have liked it more had it gave a tingling,numbing sensaton.
