It numbs very well, it takes a few seconds to kick in, and there was an inital extreme numbness that was a little overwhelming, but fairly quickly dulls into a, like the name states, comfortable numb sensation..

This feels like the same stuff my mom would give me for sore throats when I was a kid. It doesnt numb very long or well.
I would have returned it but was out of the country for several weeks.

I expected more

my boyfriend said that it must of worked because i was able to go down on him farther and hit some sensitive spots.although the flavor is very strong and took my breath away when i first sprayed it in my mouth.

Got this to try to make deep throating easier. It takes almost three sprays-sometimes four- and at least five minutes before my throat finally gets numb.

i had to use bout 5-6 sprays and it numbed for a little bit then stopped, i was able to go down on my bf lil more than usual. i guess just keep applying when needed

Tastes good, and did numb my throat as it says it will,but I had gotten it hoping it would help me with deep throating and sadly this does not numb the depths of my throat,this is more for someone who has yet to get past the gag reflex!Still overall good product it is honest in its description.
