This stuff doesnt seem to work as well as the Deep Throat Gell ... The girlfriend and i both used ig on her guy friend ( the gel ) and no problems at all taking his 7.5" .......buy the gel
Had to use 6 sprays to start to feel a little numb does not last but 4 to 5 minutes and you still have the gag reflux.
