Good thing: thick
Bad things:
Stings/irritates in the beginning then no warming.
Contains some sort of particles, which I did not enjoy.

this product is ok. not warming at all and was fairly sticky. although, it does taste pretty good. overall i was kind of disappointed but would like to try other products from the company.
