I read the reviews before buying this product, so I had to review it after using it to help others who might want to try it. This stuff really works! I always wanted to try anal but it was way to painful to even begin. This stuff really numbed me so my boyfriend could not only get it in (slowly at first), but he could actually pump away once he got it in! The only thing he said was that it did numb him a bit so he had a hard time feeling. But I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to try anal without pain!

This stuff works, but not in the time it says. You need to give a good 15 minutes before any "desensitizing" occurs. My fiancee didn't find too much loss of feeling, so it worked well for both of us. Just don't think you can wait 3 - 5 minutes and be pain-free.

If you've just decided to try anal sex for the first time or you have a hard time with penetration no matter how much lube you use, then this is the product for you. We tried it but was not turned on by it. Also, we are new at anal play and all that we have read discourages the use of any lubricant that has a numbing quality when it comes to the anal area. You want to feel 100%so that you know if you are tearing anything in your partner. I love my wife and do not want to hurt her in any way.

After using a variety of anal lubes over the years, my wife and I agree that this is among the best, if not the best. Only a dab is needed to achieve the desired results of penetration without pain. We find just enough to cover the end of your finger and spread on the outside of the anus, and then inserted to lube/numb the sphincter is about right. Do not use it as the only lube for anal sex. Again, just a dab to numb, and another lube (KY or Astro Glide, etc.) for penetration. Also, this will numb your penis. Unless this is what you desire, be careful with how much you use. Bottom line, we highly recommend.

Im a beginner to this new area and I found that the anal-ese was a tremendous help for myself since I am really new. It really did numb me, but it took awhile for it to take affect. I think it was about 15-20 minutes later after putting it on and then it helped. I would still recommend that you use more then what you think is enough and that you use lots of lube.

It does help for new comers to the sport. I still need to work on relaxing but this did help. Don't be stingy with this product. The more the better it will work.

Although a great lubricant, Anal-Ese is not up to par with its desensitizing action. The tube states it should take a small amount and requires so waiting for it to work. Well, after a good amount, and after 20 minutes of waiting, I gave up. If you are looking for a good desensitizer, this is not what you want, but if you want a great lubricant it is worth considering.

The numbing effect is fast and very helpfull. We usually use regular lubes but she needs abit of time to get past the initial insertion. This stuff helps with that. Just warn her that when the numbness wears off....the soreness will kick in lol
