The nipple clamps tend to fall off as they relax. But the clit clamp is amazing. It literally makes me drip, and can be worn under clothing for hours at a time.

The nipple jewelry is slightly adjustable, stays on, and feels great. Keeps nipples hard and is slightly painful (that's the point, right?) Once I slip these on I get wet and I'm ready for action. My only complaint is after a year, the finish is no longer gold and is worn off.
