Fabulous! Definately worth the difference in price compared to the cheaper stuff... We used it in oral sex and I think it "blew his mind". The thing to remember is that it is important to breathe/blow on it to "Activate" it. Too much licking, etc - and it doesn't work as well...

the special thing it does is it heats up some also. my only complaint is the bottle isnt very big, although it does look nice enough to just leave out, it is smaller than one would think. tastes good and not too oily or leaves a residue.
