This product was sent to me as a replacement for vigel which was on backorder after 3 weeks.When it arived i tryed it and wife said she could tell the difference.it made me last some longer and it made ne firmer, which turned wife on and led to sex for next 2 days.I would buy this again if i find it on sale,otherwise it is pretty pricey
