best i've ever had. doesn't work so great numbing the throat but he loves the tingling sensation in his head. also works great down there for me. i LOVE the cool tingling feeling and it lets both of us last longer.

I have a really bad gag reflex, so I can usually only get about 3 inches in. But I bought this to suprise my boyfriend for his birthday and wow, went right down. It tastes amazing which is a plus!

Good for more than deep throat

We got this along with a box of other items but we tried this first. We haven't used it for deep throating yet because her natural abilities aren't too shaby but we tried it as a lube. The cool sensation did something. Something GOOD!! I felt harder and seemed to stay hard better. A half hour later we were going to try it for oral but while it was being applied I decided to go for two.........................and succeeded nicely! I like this stuff. I'll let you know if it works for oral if we get that far:^).
