Only complaint is the spout was broken so we had to remove it to use (reason for only 4 stars). Be careful not to get it on anything else unless you want it to numb up. Works way better than I expected.
Definitely desensitizes just enough to make even a beginner more comfortable. Doesn't last a super long time, so you may need to reapply. Also, the pump didn't work at all, so we have to unscrew the whole cap to get more out. The product itself is great though.
