It takes some effort to put this on and progressively stretch and work the fabric up smoothly to keep the pattern distributed and fairly straight all the way up. The texture of the knit is not rough, and it does not snag easily. Pattern is busy enough to disguise scars and other imperfections. Count the holes down from the straps and align to allow each nipple to poke through for direct attentio...n. The back of the crotch opening fit lower on my butt than shown on the slender model. If you also have a big caboose, the edge of the opening might interfere with anal access from the rear.
