The texture of the knit is not rough, and it does not snag easily. Pattern is busy enough to disguise scars and other imperfections. Count the holes down from the straps and align to allow each nipple to poke through for direct attentio...n. The back of the crotch opening fit lower on my butt than shown on the slender model. If you also have a big caboose, the edge of the opening might interfere with anal access from the rear. I’m a size 16-18, depending on the brand, and this fit well. It wears evenly without any kind of distortion around problem areas (like the belly) you might be a little insecure about.
