Another one size product, but this one actually fits a broad range, from small to large (probably). I don't necessarily like the cinch type adjustment at the top of the pouch near waistband because it looks feminine, but the silk is good, the elastics are somewhat better than average, and it is wide enough to fit well and flatter.

this item is pretty ok besides the fact that if your slong is even a bit above average it wont be to comfortable but i only needed it for about 5 minutes so it wasnt too bad

My wife and I had some hot sex with this little number on. I don't think it was a coincidence. The pouch is great, but the string will get twisted. It would be better if the string were heavier or thicker to enable it to stay more flat. Love the silk. It feels great. I am a 34 waist and it fit fine.
