First time I put this on I couldn't believe how awesome it felt. Inserting my cock into the sleeve felt great as the fabric is so soft and even though elastic, it gives very easily as you slip in. Takes some adjusting to get my balls fully wrapped properly into their pouch and this works easier if you are trimmed or shaven, but once it's on it feels great! The guy in the photo has got to be seriously small, because while I'm not hugely endowed, there is no way I could get my cock into that sleeve, and the ball sack appears to be made to fit marbles. The fishnet is comfortable, but the rest is ridiculous. Not recommended.

I think that anyone under 5 inches should stay away from this one. It's definitely made for someone who's around 6 inches flaccid. While it could be comfortable, the penis sleeve and the pouch won't fit someone who's average or less.

My wife loved the way this one looked which means I'll wear it even though it's quite uncomfortable. The pouch is a bit odd shaped, and positioniong your balls in it properly requires effort. It should be made of softer material - net is uncomfortable. If you have a big package stay away.

I was a little unsure about this product but it turned out to be a pretty good buy. It is a little uncomfortable. I could not wear it very long. It is hard to get into, but my wife loves it. It really gets her going. It is not for above average men.

These would be great if I were hung like a seahorse. The penis sleeve is somewhat difficult to manage, and the pouch might fit an infant. Maybe it's a showercap and I received the wrong item, or maybe it's just poorly made... I think the latter.

This is a comfortable product, but like others have said, this is not for small men. The penis sleeve is pretty good, but the ball sack doesn't work well. I can't get them in there, therefore they stay outside. Thats my main complaint. Other than that, this is a nice product.

modification needed

I also found these awkward and uncomfortable. Ball pouch to small and penis sleeve to long. After struggling with them I decided to modify to an open crotch. I cut off the the pouch and sleeve and left the circle of stitching where they attached. I can now where them with my balls and penis hanging out of the hole which I find very comfortable and my GF says is sexy. I did this a year ago and it has not hurt the integrity of the garment even with weekly washings.

i've bought 3 of these, but only one ever fits. they are never sewn the same, so the ones that don't fit have almost no room for your balls. definitely not one size fits all.
