Even as a guy of average size the sleeve is a little small. Putting it on is also tricky so turn most of the sleeve inside out as others suggested. The sack fits well

The product ordered and the one that showed up were not exactly the same. The one I received had metal studs at the end where your penis is, with very sharp points on the inside. I don't know about you, but that is not what I was looking for. If it had a back plate or something that did not dig into you skin, it would be better. They were not too difficult to remove, but why should I have to do that when it did not appear that way in the pictures, or in the description of the item.

In all estimates and surveys I am of average size, but I would need the balls of a bull to fill out the sack part. I am handy with a needle and thread so I adjusted the back of it. No one has a sack that big, and mine shrinks with excitement. Make it more proportional and it would be great.
