Description
adameve.com, the leading adult products and entertainment website, is currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator. This position will maintain a stable production environment that delivers highly available websites for e-commerce on the web. Sites include Adameve.com, Adammale.com, Adamevevod.com, and other websites.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible for stability of our production web farm and database clusters that provides e-commerce to our customers.
• Highly skilled and experienced in systems administration concepts like backups, db backups, web farm, database clustering, systems automation through scripting, and systems monitoring.
• Manage relationship with other systems administrators to provide redundant knowledge of overall production environment.
• Manage the relationship with development staff.
• Mentor junior administrators to increase in-house system knowledge, and resources.
• Create documentation methods to maintain up-to-date documentation on specifics of server configurations.
• Run established basic sql queries as needed.
• Participation in on call rotations to deal with system outages on demand

Requirements
EDUCATION / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years experience in windows platform administration, with emphasis in web iis services and database technologies.
• 3+ years experience in managing and monitoring Microsoft SQL database server and related SAN technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with networking devices hardware like switches, firewall and load balancers
• Strong familiarity with Linux Red Hat administration.
• Thorough knowledge PC platform hardware specifically in SAN and disk array configurations.
• Demonstrated organization, communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Familiar with network hardware like switches, firewall and load balancers
• Visual Studio Team System experience a plus
