The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategies, promotions and systems to maximize email marketing sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
• Develop promotional messages and systems to increase email open rates and conversions while lowering unsubscribes.
• Utilize the email distribution tool (currently Responsys) to organize lists in the most profitable marketing “strings”. Constantly tweak offers, creative and copy to improve profitable return.
• Analyze campaign results and report results regularly.
• Create strategies to increase email list size and value.
• Create test and acquisition strategies to maximize profitability.

Email Marketing Specialist – Hillsborough, NC
Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the email marketing specialist will assist and be responsible for marketing efforts as they relate to email campaigns sent to both buyers and prospects of AdamandEve.com. The position requires highly energetic and driven candidates with a great attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct marketing position that requires basic HTML knowledge as well.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and plan monthly email calendars
• Working with and communicating with our design department on the execution of email campaigns
• Identify and market to our most responsive segments
• Assess successes and failures by email segment
• Manage and maintain email distribution using our email service provider. Includes heavy testing planning as well
• List management
• Staying current on email best practices and CAN-SPAM compliancy
• Develop, manage and testing of all automated email campaigns
• Additional email-related responsibilities as they arise and as we grow
