OMG
this is great in many ways. first it can help strengthen your kegal muscle. Second it can make you wet (for those who have issues). Only feel if moving
I can feel the movement of the balls when walking around but thats it. I feel like I would need to jog for a long period of time to get any good feeling from them. Have only tried them twice, I am going to trying walking around more to see if that helps.

These are awesome. Put them in while doing errands, working out, or just anytime. Love love LOVE them. If they seem big, lube them up a little bit..the easiest way I have found to get them in, is by squatting a little.

Better Than The Others!
I've tried other Ben wa-type balls, but this by far surpasses the others. Is especially good for those women who have had children- these stay in place better than smaller balls.
