first problem was batteries no instructions fo inserting them ruined batteries and could not get them back out finaly got batteries out and found out they must go in on side s of compartment and can not use rechargables. 2nd problem wonted vibrate unles u massaged middle and then it would work for a few seconds but it was cute

We used the Spring Love Vibe twice. It quit at a very bad time. The vibration strength, noise level and size were all great. The durability crap. Adam & Eve customer support was outstanding but we wanted a vibrator that would last.

I was a little concerned because of some of the reviews about the battery cap, but I had no trouble getting it off, on or having the cap stay on. The texture is nice and the vibration was good. The toy cleans easily and does not have a foul smell. It is soft enough for extended play. We are very happy with our purchase which is now our 3rd toy. Ordering was easy and the service was prompt as was the follow-up e-mails concerning our order and shipping. We are very happy with Adam & Eve’s service.
