First time my wife and I tried this thing she loved it. The natural shaped head inserts easily. The rotation is a bit more pronounced than some we have tried, which she absolutely loved. She came within a couple of minutes and it was from that point on, as she decribed it, "One hour long orgasim!" She found the different speeds and pulses of the rabbit ears quite interesting. After about an hour and a half she was completely exhausted and a very happy lady. As the one lady suggested, the ribs can be a bit much for the smaller, tighter ladies.
