If your wife has a hard time having an orgasm this will definitely solve her problem. This one never fails to have her reach orgasm(EVER). and we have tried over 20 various vibrators over the years. The vibrating feature on this is less than spectacular. In fact, sometimes the lid keeping the batteries in place falls off when I'm really going wild. However, this toy is still one of the best orgasms guaranteed every time for me. Could have a bit more girth to it but the G spot angle is wonderful even if the vibrator's off.
