I found that it's a bit hard to turn it off with out the battery cover coming off, but that wasn't much of a problem. The vibrations are strong, a bit too much for me.

This worked okay at getting the job done. Not the best, not the worse but it could be a lot better. I had the problem of the battery compartment coming open easily when trying to turn it off. I did like the little nubby plastic caps that it came with...

I have had a few of these in the past and love them. They work great. This latest one I bought doesn't work right though. I think the connections inside are different. It cuts off sometimes and that's not nice when you are almost there if you know what I mean. I would still recommend it.

Bought this for its size and other ratings. Unfortunately, my wife is too distracted by the motor sound. Very high pitch and loud. Powerful, great size, etc. etc. Just too distracting. Search continues...

Well, if I'm on a trip I'd rather have this than nothing at all. After all the hype I've heard about the Pocket Rocket, I was expecting something amazing. This is just okay. Its as powerful as an average vibrating egg/bullet. As far as noise, it wasn't very loud under the covers.
What bothers me is the shoddy construction. Mine has two settings: open battery compartment or on. The "off" setting doesn't seem to work. To turn this off, the base has to be turned so far that the battery case opens up.
