I have had this for two years and have never had a problem with it until recently when I noticed the outer silicone had lifted at the base and water was getting inside when I cleaned it. Thus, the inside turned MOLDY. I was so sad to have to retire my friend :(

The vibrator itself is great! Feels incredible. Good size, great vibration, great movement, ...BUT after ONLY 5 MINS. of use, the 'turtle' died!! It shorts out! I have contacted customer service. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Was amazing for the first few months, I have never climaxed so quickly. However after just a few short months of use the rotation bar inside the shaft snapped and will no longer rotate. Very disappointing.

This is the first toy of any kind I've ever had. I couldn't believe how quick I got off! It is absolutely terrific. I am very anxious now to try others too. The size is perfect. The only thing negative is that it is a little loud so it is hard to use if you want to try to be discrete.
