Even though I havent got to use this product yet (waiting on hubby to return from Iraq), I do know that it has strong vibrations!! I read the other reviews about how its hard to keep on your tongue. When I first put it in my mouth that was true.. however.. it is very easy to keep on your tongue if you keep your tongue flat and not pointed .. lol
