VERY VERY tight on a lower-mid sized cock. Toy is 4 inches long so on a cock 5 1/2 inches and up works perfect. If your smaller than that dont bother with this toy. The vibrator does not agree with lube very well.And LUBE is a must because this thing more then doubles your thickness.
