With the vibrator in the base, you don not really feel it in the tip. The tip is to flexible, which can make penetration more difficult than a harder vibrator. The butterly tickler did not really do much for my wife's clit. We have used worse, but have also used much better. This toy is just OK.

Was hoping for more - glad I only paid less than 10 bucks for it. It does the job but it takes some work! I wish the bulb end was more prominent. Also, the butterfly part doesn't feel as great as I thought it would.
