The thrusting is a bit weak but all items like this have weak thrusting. You want strong automatic thrusting get one of those sex machines - see how much they cost you.
As for the lack of vibration you can easily insert these: Glow-In-The-Dark Dual Bullets

This has to be one of, if not, the best rear vibrators on the market. Not only is it tapered well enough for easy entry, but the thrusting motion is so smooth, that it actually helps it to ease in. Once in she was in total bliss! I recommend using the Adam and Eve lubes, but beyond that, you wont be disappointed!
