We can't really rate this item because when we opened it we only got it to turn on for about 30 seconds.Than we had to unscrew it to turn off and it never turned on again.We wouldn't recommend this item due to poor construction.

The low price and big expectation were destroyed when we opened the powerless bullet, removed the battery saver, and put it back together. Pushed the on switch and nothing happened. While unscrewing it, just before completely open, it flickered on and off. Cutomer services response is to spend more money than the items original cost on shipping it back if I want a refund or replacement. Doesn't add up to me. Would be glad to provide video proof of defective product.

I really did like the way it worked at first, great starter but the batteries do not last and it does not like to completely turn off, it only worked for a few minutes and just as you are getting into it -it stops.
