The vibrations are good but unfortunately the remotes on off button never worked. I had to partially unscrew the battery compartment to get it to shut off. I spent an extra $30 for a wireless plug to use with my husband when I could have paid $20 for a normal vibrating plug and gotten the same thing.

The design seems to be flawed, very difficult for the plug to stay in. The vibrations, when they worked, were very good, although they totally stopped working the third time the plug was used. For the money, there are better units out there.
