what happened?

my girlfriend and I got this not that long ago and we have used it a handful of times. We went to use it not long ago and the vibrator quit on us it just will not work. I am not sure what to do about that because like i said we have not had it that long....We like the product but are upset that it is not working the way it should, especially for the money we paid.
Okay strap-on.

The harness on this strap on was pretty comfortable; I didn't worry that it was going to slip off all of the time. My girlfriend was not too much of a fan of how the dong was only soft at the tip, but nearly rock hard on the shaft. Had it been a little softer, it would get four stars from me. The vibrations are strong, but kind of loud.
