Aside from terrible handling by UPS and packaging the contents arrived safely. I recommend Adam & Eve brand Lube along with this pump. The lube is necessary so that you slide into the chamber easily which helps create a seal necessary for good vacuum. The Top Gauge pump is of good quality however, measure your erect johnson carefully prior to purchasing this pump. If you are measuring 5 1/2 erect inches today this pump is not for you, as the chamber's total length is 7 1/2 inches. It might seem like 2" is enough, but, note that the chamber loses about 1/4" at the top and once the vacuum is applied it digs itself into your pubic area and you lose about 3/4" or so... so in reality you really only have about 1"of space for expansion... again 5.5" erect or larger, this is NOT the pump for you... less than 5.5" perfect pump. The vacuum on this pump is excellent. At about -5HG on the gauge it feels very comfortable and your johnson is expanded nicely... bump it up to -7HG and the expansion is greater however there might be an uncomfortable tug on johnnyboy, however at the -7HG reading my johnson had the best results, good size increase in lenght and girth... and when not erect my johnson looked sexy... bump it up to -10HG and you will max out but it will be painful. If you like pain -10HG is for you... anything over -10HG might cause permanent damage, such as erectile dysfunction (NO HARD ONS) and it will bruise you... so, like the instructions say... use it as a novelty, you should not experience any pain... just an expansion of your johnny boy... One more thing... keep your sessions to 30 minutes, using the 5/1 system, 5 minutes of vacuum and 1 minute of rest at a COMFORTABLE reading of -7HG or less for no more than 30 minutes every other day... great in quality, but be carefull to not suck in a nut or too. been using for about 2 months and even though it says its novelty i have seen about 3/4 inch length and noticable thickness. it does di into your stomach area and can bruise your sack. ive gone to 15 but dont recomend. would be nice if it came with detailed instructions. hose can be fixed with clamps at the depot. if you want results then warm up. stretch and pull befor you start. i take a hot shower after to keep blood flowing.

Spend the extra $$$ to get this pump. High quality Vacuum Pump is VERY strong and powerful.
Instructions say no more than 12-15hg of vacuum, I can barely get to 8 it is so strong.
Instructions also recommend trimming or shaving for better results, they are absolutely
100% correct. Tried it normal and worked ok, leaked some pressure. Trimmed down quite a bit
and holy crap, it will suck your pelvis in @ 8-10hg of vacuum. BIG DIFFERENCE.
This pump is very powerful and I would recommend it to anyone.
FYI: It has a very nice and quick pressure relief setup.

This is the first pump I have bought and was not disapointed. The pump is quight strong. Stronger then I want to go even. And here is a helpful tip it is 7.5 inch long with a 2.5 inch diamater. The problems I have had with it is that the head of my penis had swelled one time to the piont of closing off the rest of the cylinder. My wife liked the sex after that session quiete well though. The flare on the base could be a little bigger solving a little unconfterable presure there. The plastic is a good quility and it is fun to use.

Great suction power, just not well built

This pump worked great! The first time I used it. However,I was disappointed with the cylinder being smoke gray.It is darker than the picture shown here, you can barely see inside. Ok I could have lived with the color.The second time I used it,the hose popped off the cylinder a couple times.It is a very hard plastic hose, so I had to hold the pistol grip just right while I pumped it to keep it from popping off. See the picture? Thats the shape the hose wants to stay in.I could have fixed the hose.The third time I used it,the rubber vacuum seal on the base tore loosing the seal just about the same time the pistol grip broke.I paid around eighty five buck and only used it three times. Do not waste your money.

This is by far one of the best pumps I have seen or used. The sleeve fits like a glove and the vacuum is very strong. it can be a little uncomfortable at first if you are not circumcized but you can get used to it. As far as the pumping mechanism, it works great and it is low in maintenance, just add a small amount of 3 in 1 oil to the pump to keep the piston sealed.
Here I have posted a few pointers to help you through the process of gaining size. First of all I have found that if done on a regular schedule such as a work out plan, you can gain more size. I was only worried about lengthening my penis while it was flacid. So far after about one month working on a 3 day cycle I have gained one inch in unerected length. I think it is an excellent product and I recommend it.

So I've been using this thing for 2 weeks now and I'm amazed how strong the suction is. They tell you not to go over 12 psi, but I can barely handle 10! Then when you're pumping it up, have SA (situational awareness) on the location of "the boys". One of mine got sucked up into the chamber and I didn't realize it until I was in pain trying to get him out! I wish the handle wasn't made out of plastic, but be very gentle with it and you'll be fine.

Great suction. Just like everyone else said, more than needed. Need to shave before hand to keep suction. No problem with the hose or the gauge. Quick release safety valve worked great too. Would recomend to anyone who is looking for this kind of product.

The overall durability of the product is good except the hose pops off the pump and the cylinder. They need to fit tighter or come with clamps to keep them on. Another thing is that the cylinder is already too short. I am a good size to start, so if you are already at >6.5, then look for a longer one.

Be carful with the pump handle it is kinda of weak. The tube that connects the hand pump and the tube was not very secure, it would come off with sunction applied. You can fix that with a little silicon rtv though. But overall it does what it is suppose to do and the price is not bad.

This is my 1st pump. I thought 7 ½ inches would be enough …until my wife showed me that I was 7 ¼ to begin with. Who knew? The suction is good, but as I read I with previous remarks the tube does pop off easily. I bought 2 hose clamps and they have worked very well. Lube is a must! I have even used coco butter. It does a nice job and it does not get sticky and dry like many lubes …and it is easy to clean. I also purchased 3/8” rubber gaskets (from Home Depot) to use as a barrier between the pump and my stomach. It also has increased the length of the tube. My goal is to get over 8 inches in there.
I’ve only been using it for about 2 weeks. It makes me swell, but it doesn’t stay that way afterwards. Does anyone know how to help with this issue?

This is my third pump and is really great. Suction is powerful
but must be careful not using too much pressure (I use between
13 and 11) for ten min. and is a must to warm up your penis
before and after using the pump at least 5 min. The hose falls
off easily and is too stiff, fortunately I had a soft clear hose
at hand and change it inmedetely. Using this pump in combination
with jelqing is the utmost.

This is my first purchase of any male toy besides a ring. First impressions are that this is a quality product. However, I can see where some raters note that the quality of the handle is questionable. The Hose does pop off and the tube is stiff, but the product still works well. The color is a negative as it impairs your ability to see. Overall it does appear to be a quality product
As a side note, if you are new to purchasing this type of item - as I was, its worth determining if you need a different size before you spend the money. Not the worst complaint in the world, but I was surprised to see that I instantly filled the tube width-wise in some spots and received a bruise on the tip where the top blocked the suction hole.
Anyways, it still is working well after a month.

I received this pump about a week ago and was pleased to see that it was a "Quality Item". It does indeed have a tremendous amount of suction power, and it does not take very long to achieve the result that you desire. The only downside to this pump is that the tubing that connects the hand pump to the cylinder tends to come off, causing an immediate loss of suction. The tubing tends to come off at both ends. I recommend this pump but I would suggest that you invest a dollar or so and purchase a foot or so of tubing from your local hardware store. The tubing supplied with the unit is very heavy duty, but it is far to rigid, causing it to detach from the pump!

This is my first pump. For approximately 4 weeks of use so far, the size of my penis has grown a little longer and wider. It is much more comfortable with the sleeve on. The sleeve got torn after only 5 uses. So you may need to order some more sleeves as back up. The construction and design of this pump is just right for me. Cylinder is not too big or too small and the pump is strong but safe because it goes with the gauge. It is fun to use!

Some of the problems that I found with the pump was the hose is way to stiff and doesn't stay on the device very well. Bigger would be Better

Ummm I am already 7 1/2" with a 2" girth. All the ejacutory toys and pumps offered seem to be for smaller less average. How can this pump help me? Why isn't there a LARGE size offered for all male toys. I know i am not that unusual as my wife and I are swingers and we have met many other endowed men. This pump works good but there is room for improvement. The frosted cylinder would be better if it was clear. The hose disconnects far to easily due to the stiffness. It could have a more comfortable seal and while the pistol grip handle works well, it felt it could break easily.

I amd going to buy a tube for it at my local hardware shop no big deal. give I been using it for 3 days now and notice 2cm increase already I am measuring it very carefuly. SORRY but this item just does not cut it .
First: the Hose from pump to the chamber is rigid and loose I managed to get it tight with tape and some teflon tape..
Second: Pump never gets above 25 PSI if you are lucky .
Third: It will not hold pressure EVER
Fourth the insert that fits around your dick at the base is way too thin around bottom and the inside is like sticking your dick in a small glove.
Fifth : when you do get it up after 200 pumps then the inter lining of base is so tight fitting you have to try an pull your dick what seems like agarden hose. ( I DONOT HAVE a Big DICK so If It is bad for me you got troubles if your dick is real fat.s

cylinder is ok but the pump itself can not hold pressure. i have tried everything to get it to hold at vacuum. nothing worked even removing the hose and plugging it up with my thumb. I was expecting better with a "Professional Pump". Past the defect everything else is as described.

The Product only lasted Two months so i called an got a replacement but that came in with a crack on the pistol chamber an was told to send it back when i received the shipping label which had almost been three weeks. What a waste of money! I ordered one of the most expensive ones because I figured you get what you pay for right? This prodcut is a piece of crap! The chamber was defective and could not build up any presure. That hose keeps coming off the main cylinder and is so rigid that everytime you manipulate it the damn thing cames right off!! For about two-months this product was great until it fell apart. The tube came off the cylinder and had to use a zip tie to keep together, then the other end came off the pump itself, then the pump handle stopped creating a suction at all. All in all just disappointed.
