This pump has great suction and performs as intended. I would suggest to the company to devise a more flexible hose, but all in all, it is worth the purchase price.

Like others said the tube does come off because it is too stiff. I amd going to buy a tube for it at my local hardware shop no big deal. give I been using it for 3 days now and notice 2cm increase already I am measuring it very carefuly. So far the pump is great great suction. I will see if there is any reall growth in two months.

Have to say, though this is my first pump, it has worked great. Did have to trim up with a number one guard, but I like it better that way anyhow. The suction is top notch and the control is great.

Very powerful pump! I don't go past 10. At 11-13 like I've seen recommended, my foreskin starts growing back. Whoa!! But I had to change out the hose, it kept popping off. Other than that, awesome pump

Well built with great suction. This is the third pump I have bought. I almost gave up on 'getting bigger' but this pump has increased lenght and width. The instructions for safe operation and the gauge are also a plus.

This is a high quality pump. Suction is more than you would ever need. Great pump for the money. Only complaint is that the sleeve tore after a few uses. Can still use without sleeve. Pump creates an erection that is rock hard.

This is by far one of the best pumps I have seen or used. The sleeve fits like a glove and the vacuum is very strong. it can be a little uncomfortable at first if you are not circumcized but you can get used to it. As far as the pumping mechanism, it works great and it is low in maintenance, just add a small amount of 3 in 1 oil to the pump to keep the piston sealed.
Here I have posted a few pointers to help you through the process of gaining size. First of all I have found that if done on a regular schedule such as a work out plan, you can gain more size. I was only worried about lengthening my penis while it was flacid. So far after about one month working on a 3 day cycle I have gained one inch in unerected length. I think it is an excellent product and I recommend it.
