EXTREMELY Satisfied
I purchased this item to try something different. My wife has her toys, and we always have fun with them. But, we wanted to see if something like this pump would actually work. First, it arrived very fast. And discreet. This was very appreciated. Second, it was very easy to set up and use right away. Finally, after giving it a try, it not only worked, but it actually was very stimulating. It added noticeable thickness and did add some length, probably about a 1/2 inch or so. When I demonstrated for my wife, I could see it in her eyes that she saw the difference. And when we actually tried out my new size difference, she noticed the change in thickness. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone wishing to add something different or trying to add size. You will be very satisfied.

I read other reviews first and agree that you need to do some trimming to the sal that will surrond your equimoment. I am an average to slightly above average man and noticed instant gains in length and girth (girth was veryimpressive and wife was happy). My hand pump sticks. I am not sure if it is defective or just poorly designed but it causes me to have release the valave and re-try frequently. I did not ue the ring, If you have nothing else it will serve purpose, but if you have an existing one, use it. Over all. I am a satisfied customer

very pleased
The pump does what it says. It makes you longer and thicker. I have been using the pump 3 to 4 times a week, 15 min at a time and have sustained a 3/4 inch growth in length and 1 inch increase in girth(even after I stopped pumping three weeks ago, growth remains). I would highly reccomend this pump!

Sufficient
This pump works as advertised. I do have a few issues with it that are fairly easily remedied. The first is the sleeve that comes with it is too restrictive if you are of average size (4-5 inches in circumference). The second is, the style of pump reaches it’s pumping limit (the ball stays compressed) sooner than I would like. It may be safer that way, however, I would like more control. If you are of average size I recommend getting the larger sleeve. If not, you will have to cut the sleeve that comes with the pump for comfort. I have not used the ring that comes with the pump for the simple reason that it looks too small and getting it off once erect may prove difficult.
