So So
I am extremely pissed that this thing did not come with instructions from the manufacturer for the safe operation of this device. This means you have to cruse the internet and see what the consonances is among users. You do not want to experiment on your favorite toy! This is my second order from A&E and nothing I have ever received has had any instructions, Not top quality here. The unit itself is good sized and if your penis hits the end of it then you did not need it in the first place! The effects are like any other pump I guess, cause it is the only one I have tried. Fit is comfortable, once you get your penis in it. Use a lot of lube cause it is tight. As a First time user I consulted a professional and I was told to start off slow. No more than 3 min a day for the first 2 weeks, then add a minute for each week after that, to a max of 10 min. There is no gauge on this unit, so you are to count the number of pumps and always make it the same. Remember if it hurts, then it is to much! You do not want to damage your penis, if you do then you will be using it for the rest of your life. Or worse implants.

silicone base
The base for this product is alot flexable and more confitable than most pumps that I have puchased with the hard plastic bases.

Good, but OUCH!
Well made pump. Builds and holds suction well. But, the hose attachment to the chamber comes through the top of the chamber and leaves a very hard, sharp-edged protrusion that the head of the penis contacts when fully pumped and IT HURTS. A longer length would be MUCH better.

pump great but handle weak
I had this pump for two months and used every once in a while and the handle broke right at the pivot point. Worked great till it broke.

Worked very well
I purchased this pump in Jan. 09. It has worked very well for me ididn't expect a whole lot of growth but was surprised to find that my girth nearly increased by 1/3rd.I will continue to use 30 min. a week

Works Decent
This does give you a slightly larger erection. Be sure you have a penis ring to hold the larger erection. It is fun to use with your partner too!

Good but not long enough
My wife likes to pump me up for fun, and it does that fine, but it is to short and my head hits the end and does not feel good. You should put in the lenghts of these items.

I was lookin to at least grab 9.5 this pump is only 7' this is not for the above average man..if you're 2inches hard this is the pump for you....

WORKED good
I thought this pump worked great until the lever broke. I was givin a second pump and it to broke in the same spot after a few uses. I gave it a two star because it is frustrating to pay good money and only get a week or two out of it. I would not recomend this product.

Works Great Until
This is a pretty good pump and seal, until the handle breaks. Pump was replaced, but the second one broke in exactly the same place.

A woman's prespective
My husband and I ordered this on a whim. He never needed any kind of enhancement so I was very skeptical at first, but it proved me very wrong. I love how big and thick his member gets just from using the pump for about 20 min. at a time. I really like watching him use it, its great foreplay. great exerciser
I've had this a week and it works great on me. I use lots of lube for good suction so I don't wear out the pump handle and also shave any hair that might be in the way. I get longer fatter harder natural erections from using this. Great exerciser.

bad trigger
I actually bought 2 pumps, I liked this one better because of more room and better suction, but the handle broke after only using it 15-20 times

It works
Started out great. Great suction. Added girth almost immediatley. Even the wife noticed after the first night during some oral. After a few weeks the rubber sleeve gets a little weak and is harder to get the suction you first had. If you work it around you can still get it to work ok though.

IT WORKS .......I KNOW
Well, I have go to say this pump works. I agree with some other reviews as it does little for the length, but the girth is outstanding. It has a nice tight gel enterence and a well crafted trigger grip. I am here to tell you it will hurt if you pump it too much. I don't know why I didn't use one of these sooner. I believe in this product if you are looking to increse your girth, remember if you are short, short and thick does the trick!

BIG RESULTS

This item is good and it does work but it is really snug a small when i pump the tip of my penis hits the top of cylinder and when i am fully erect even with a lot of lube it is hard to remove my penis

great pump, but i need advice
hey all, i purchased this pump for my husband, we have used it twice. it pumps it up to great size, but when we press the release valve it goes limp, if anyone has advice on what we are doing wrong, please let me know. i think it needs better directions...

This thing is UNBELIEVABLE!! I dont know why i didnt look into pumps sooner. i have had this pump for 2 months and i have MASTERED the art of making my c*ck GINORMOUS! Design defect
The pump works well overall but has a design flaw. The plastic pump handle is weak, the first one I got lasted 2 days, the replacement lasted about 1 month. Redesign the one part and you have a good product, leave it as it is and it just breaks.

A bit to short
The pump seems of good quality and much better than other pumps I have tried. But when I pump up the vacuum the head of my penis touches the little tap inside the top of the pump. This was a little painpul, so I had to use my other hand to pull the pump away a little bit to avoid this. Besides this the pump made my penis feel and look thicker after my first try :-)

Over time the penis does get bigger (flaccid)
that is great my penis was 5.5 inch when erect and it was very thin now i have the monster it does work, but u have to give it tym!

Skeptical at first
I was skeptical of the product. I've owned a cheaper pump that wasn't very good. But this one is solid, well built and maintains a good suction. The ring that it comes with is a little tight, I've found I can use the device without this for better results.

Impressive!
I was extremely skeptical about this product. But after I started using it I saw some immediate results. I have read alot of websites that deny penis pumps have any kind of positive result at all. Well you can ask my wife I have been using it for 3 weeks and she is impressed with the dfference in girth and length. Good product for the money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for this type of product.

It works
I just got this thing and was kind of skeptical. It works, trust me. I haven't seen any big difference in length, but it turned my penis into a fat monster. Go easy on the first few times. It would be nice to have some instructions that were more detailed about how to use it and get the most out of it. A great deal for the price.

Excellent Suction!
This is my first pump, and I really like it. It is built to last and works great. The hole is very small for the penis, mine will barely fit through- but with lube it is tight and feels good.

It works great!
This is my second pump. My first one was a simple bulb type that was just so-so and would not hold pressure. This pump is awesome! The seal around the base of the penis is better and the trigger pump reaches higher pressure than the bulb type. Where I only achieved moderate gains before, this pump REALLY makes a difference!

I USED MANY PUMPS BEFORE THIS IS BEST PUMP I USED, I BEEN USING THIS PUMPFOR THREE WEEKS WITH NO PROBLEMS, SINCE I BEEN USUNG IT IT INCREASED MY SIZE AND LENGHT.

No Problems
This is much more effective than the devices with bulbs which will collapse before adequate suction is achieved. I haven't had any problems with it. Nothing has broken. It seems to be a quality piece of equipment ... at least the one I have.

tube great, trigger vavle bad
wow this pump is great, awesome sucktion, tho hint of warning all, the triggers release valve seems a little cheesy, the valve wore out(broke internally) after about 5 min of use. the handle makes a single clicking or two clicking noises while pumping, but fer a good suctions to remain, remove the hose via the handly hose release to help keep the suckion there. other than that its a very good pump fer what it costs
