From what most of the reviews said, I went and purchased the Renegade Universal Pump Sleeve: Mouth, along with this pump. I did not even try it with the original sleeve. I get great suction, with more padding at the base with the Renegade. So far so good, It works. Didn't tell the wife about it, and she says, "you feel bigger." LOL. I’ve used it multiple times already and have no issues to complain about. You need to perform stretches and warm up excecises on yourself before you begin. Don’t rush it, take you’re time. Lots of lube. The build is nice and suction performs as is should. If you rush it, you will break or hurt yourself
Works great and have gains in length and girth after 5 uses, you will need to keep using it to maintain the gains obviously. The seal is tight and a little difficult to remove yourself from after 20 to 30min sessions, I prefer using it without the seal myself.

I have had the pumps with the bulb before and the bulb generally cracks and you have air loss. This one has no bulb and so far it seems to have better suction. I would highly recommend this pump.
I have been wanting to try a pump for a while and this one fits my needs. A few pumps & I am rock hard...wife likes to see it grow and fill the cylinder...makes me thicker as well as longer. One suggestion though..If you are not circumcised, use plenty of lube to prevent irritation of your foreskin.

First time trying one. Pumped for 1 hour straight 3 to 4 days a week some times 30 min but usually 1 hour. To me I see huge results with girth and i don’t know if it’s permanent over time but for a whole day straight my thing is on swole. It’s so thick it hurts my girl. The sex is beyond better than it’s ever been like for sure well worth the money.

Seal functions well, pump device works well. Will fatten what you have. Your length, well that's very subjective. Mostly all these things just push back untill you snag one of your balls up through the seal, you wiill not do that twice! IF you have E.D. this effect is very temporary.

I bought this after i read some of the bad reviews and was even thinking about cancelling. I have used this for a few weeks now and have had no release valve leaks or stress cracks . I did have to trim the inner rubber seal because to was to small and hurt but other then that ,this pump has worked very well and i am very happy with it .

This pump seems to be much more durable than the beginner version. The hand pump is easier and more comfortable to use than the original one.
Hard to get the penis out, even after releasing the valve. But it has a great suction to it. I would definitely recommend, just use a good amount of lube! My husband and I love it.
I’d recommend it for anyone any size, it comes with a rubber tip that can be cut down or replaced to get that comfortable fit .

I'm almost 60 and had a prostatectomy in May and part of the recovery process is trying to the blood flowing where it's supposed to when it needs to and the doctors recommended a pump to overcome ED. Great suction and works as advertised.
This pump does what it's advertised to do. Once you get the hang of it it's easy and very productive. There are a couple of drawbacks however. One is the sleeve that comes with it is rather stiff and uncomfortable. This is easily solved by buying the replacement sleeves. Also an instruction manual would be helpful. All in all though this is a very good product and would recommend it.

Very satisfied with this pump. I have replaced the gasket as this one goes up the shaft somewhat. Replaced it with a flatter gasket so the "pump" is pulling on all the shaft. Only real knock on it is I wish it were clear so it is easier to see gains and keep tabs on the condition of my tool while it is pumped.

Works as it should. One negative: moisture gets trapped in the pumping mechanism and the operating spring is not stainless steel resulting in rust and dirty grit inside the mechanism. I found this product works well. A little ackward at first but does the job. The relief valve is a little iffy but eventually pressure equalizes. Not that easy to remove but no problem with the sleeve for now.

The pump easily develops a good vacuum, though could be a bit stronger. Holds the negative pressure well without leaking air. The release valve is poor and I have repeatedly press the button. Plastic is too dark so it is difficult to see what’s happening with the erection. Dill for the price it’s OK.
Pay attention to the dimensions of the tube. You will want to make sure it is big enough to accomplish what you want. I need a larger girth tube but I’m not trying to get bigger I’m trying to increase blood flow.

The pump is well designed and quality crafted. the only thing negative I could say, is the star at the insertion nipple could be a different shape. The star kind of digs in as you apply pressure. I will say that I went from a soft penis to fill that filled the tube! Pretty mind blowing.

The pump is made well and is easy to use. Be sure to use a good lubricant before inserting your penis. I used coconut oil which worked very well. My only complaint was the sheath began to tear after only 3 uses. I would suggest buying extra inserts just in case it needs to be replaced.
The sleeve is not good, it is almost impossible to get off after pumping , I was hoping you would send another that is more useful.

The one and only thing this pump could use in my opinion is a different stock sleeve. I read other reviews so I knew what to expect but nevertheless it would be the only thing I would change if it were my product. Fantastic suction comfortable in the hand and on the c-ck. Easy to use
The rubber seal was very uncomfortable and made getting the pump off my penis painful. I took the seal off and had a much better experience. I didn't gain much length from using the pump, but there was a very noticeable increase in girth. I didn't measure, but it was easily over 2" in diameter after 20 minutes of using the pump. This is actually the third pump I have used. It seals great, and the handle that delivers the suction is great. And while I have not used this pump a bunch, I do not get the girth I have grown accustomed to. It is a good product for people new to pumps, but I will be buying a new one soon from Adem and Eve. I’ve used this maybe 5-6 times and while it work(ed) well there are two caveats: 1) the silicon gasket is VERY constricting so base of the shaft gets a lot more resistance than the rest. 2) the gasket tore as a result of this. It has begun to flutter and let air in. Will have to contact customer support to see if they will replace. I was happy with it otherwise.

I've used this a few times after getting it and found that the suction is not strong enough. There is a point where air starts being sucked in dude to the device not being sealed properly. It's good for a first pump though. Also if you are looking for something on the lighter side.

With no guage proceed carefully. Edema is easy, gains take time. In my case the sleeve needed extensive trimming. There are no ribs left and it's still too tight. Although the pump at first seemed like it was pretty good quality, the vacuum release valve didn't seem to work properly and the rubber seal was too tight. Also, I felt the whole apparatus was too bulky, so I have returned it.

First time using a pump, so I don’t know anything to compare it to but seems to work well enough. The size of the pump itself is ideal for above average size guys but the silicone seal piece needed a bigger opening, so i had to cut the slits bigger.

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast, but the product didn’t work well at all. As soon as the pressure was released the erection was depleted. We were under the impression that the erection would be maintained.

My pump didn't come with instructions. Still waiting for it to come in the mail. I'm not sure how to use it to get results. Doesn't hold the air in tight but that can also be because of my body hair. As the title suggests, this was a bust. The cylinder isn't very wide and if you have a decent sized "unit" this isn't for you. It also doesn't seem to help with maintaining an erection. Due to the cylinder being narrow and the opening being difficult to fit into, you almost have to be erect just to get into the tube which defeats the purpose of the product. It's definitely not worth the money.

Even before using the pump my penis was on the thicker side. Needles to say when and errection was enduced it was a VERY snug fit. The seal started breaking with its second use and continues to get worse making getting a proper seal increasingly difficult. I'm sure if the seal hadn't broken this would be and amazing buy. It was terrible - the tube was to big and the tube had the release valve so I couldn't use a tube I had - I they it away - no use to me - money wasted.

The seal is poorly designed and tore the first use. The x shape cut in the seal just creates a weak point and a starting place for a tear. At the edge of one the ends it just ripped the first use and kept splitting worse from there and became unusable. I wouldn’t waste your money on this one

This pump definitely was a disappointment in every aspect compared to my last that finally broke. The trigger is good in theory but didn’t create as much section as old ball type. The biggest complaint is the rubber sleeve is too tight to push penis thru, even with cutting and modifying it still isn’t much better.

I have purchased one in the passed of the same pump and this one seems to produce less rock hard shafts for me. It seems as if it may be defected and or leaking air in the handle and or trigger pump area. I was overly pleased with the first one that lasted thru many on many rock hard shaft results. I recommend the first purchase of product but not this purchase, so sorry. Just not fully satisfied.

I tried this Max Results Pump on three occasions and none of those times did it work. It would stretch my penis into the rubber chamber, but never got me hard. My wife tried her best to get an erection, but the pump blew the deal.
