The suction will fail.
This pump has to constantly pumped up every 10 to 15 seconds. The bulb doesn't give enough suction nor sustains the pressure in the pump. Waste of money.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE. IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE SYSTEM RELIES ON THE EXPANSION OF THE SQUEEZE BULB FOR THE VACUUM GENERATED. IT DRAWS VERY LITTLE VACUUM BEFORE THE SQUEEZE BULB WILL NOT COME BACK TO IT'S FULL SIZE. BETTER TO BUY A TYPE OF VACUUM PUMP THAT IS PISTON DRIVEN. THIS WAY IT'S THE POWER OF YOUR HAND THAT DETERMINES THE AMOUNT OF VACUUM, NOT THE RIDGIDITY OF THE RUBBER BULB.

It didnt really thrill the man but im glad we saved 10.00 being our first order oh well we keep searching

Best Value
This is the first pump I ever bought. I got it for the price and simplicity of the mechanism. The sleeve is terrible! It helps to cut a little off the tip of the blue sleeve and use alot of lube. I was surprised with the amount of suction it had. Easy to use. Great price. Good as a first one.

Sunction Pump
This product had little to no suction. I tried to enlarge hole in the plastic piece and it broke. For me it was a waste of money.

need better item
This item works great and i stand at attention when inside....but pulling out kind of takes the use of it away. Next item will be one that lets you side cock ring on.still feels good

Does what it says
Have used this 6 - 8 times and have started to feel a difference. Not so much in length, was already 7 inches, but my wife has commented that I feel thicker, and thats what I was hoping for. Get the replacement pump sleeves or trim the top 1/3rd of the included sleeve, you will thank me.

Good Quality
The rubber sleeve that came with it was a joke as mentioned by other reviewer's. So definaltely buy the replacement sleeves. No other modifications were needed. This is a good product for the price.

worth it
I had to cut the rubber part at the bottom quite a bit but after that it showed immediate results. I went from 6.5 to 7.5. The only problem is the impressive result is minimal when you remove the pump. My wife was impressed and quite stunned with the difference in the pump but once it was out she only felt it was a tad bigger. It is worth it for the view in the pump.

Disapointed
The sleeve is to tight and the vacume seal valve broke right away. Very disapointed!

The pump is OK but the constrictor is too tight.
This is the secont pump I bought from you and they both have a problem with the way the restrictor works. I am trying to improve it with some success.

Good quality for price. The sleeve is too long and too tight. Had to trim it a bit. Will use a replacement sleeve on it. Still worth the price.

First time user feedback
This is my first penis pump which took a little getting used to. I lubed up and started pumping, my penis got sucked up the tube and swelled up. But since the rubber collar is very narrow at the tip it chokes the penis which makes the blood stays in the penis head. I could not get the collar off for a few minutes which started worrying me. Once I got it off I cut the collar 1/3 way down from the tip, which made it easier and more comfortable to use. It seems plenty strong to me. Nice product.

A good beginner penis pump
The price is reasonable for a starter penis pump. It is easy to use and clean. The inner sleeve should be redesigned as it can be painful as the vacuum increases.

Using it right now.
Definatly loved the extra inches. If only it kept. The only negative thing, and very painful, is the sleeve. it has an x cut in the top and it can jab into your shaft causing pain. also, since the sleeve goes about 3 inches into the pump, it gives your penis a wierd mushroom or upside-down triangle look. Spend the money you saved on a new sleeve, and you have a great pump.

Works Good!
Just like the name, this is a best buy. A great pump for starters, and pressure is plenty. What would really make this better is cyberskin installed in the interior!
