Well have had modest size penis but over last few years erections weren't as strong, product works great ,quick release of suction is great feature , see through housing with scales.

I purchased this pump prostatectomy for the penile rehab my urologist placed me on after my for prostate cancer. It is simple to use and was effective from the first use. The only draw back was that the sleeve was on the small size for and caused some discomfort

I have to use these things since my Prostate removal for cancer a few years back. The one that I got after surgery broke, and I did not want to pay the $500 for a new medical pump, so I thought that I would give this a try. Works as well as the $500 pump, once you make a few mods to it.

I read other reviews first and agree that you need to do some trimming to the sal that will surrond your equimoment. I am an average to slightly above average man and noticed instant gains in length and girth (girth was veryimpressive and wife was happy). My hand pump sticks. I am not sure if it is defective or just poorly designed but it causes me to have release the valave and re-try frequently. I did not ue the ring, If you have nothing else it will serve purpose, but if you have an existing one, use it. Over all. I am a satisfied customer

this is my 1st penis pump i got it because it seemed right for my size im on the thicker then average side.now the pump works great but i gave it a 4 star because i had to buy a new silicon ring to put on the pump that rubber thing is just to uncomfortable other then that great suction and gets my cock rock hard in no time and it can feel really good at times...

This is the second time I have bought this pump. The last one was cracked while moving. It was worth the second purchase. This one I just recieved had a tear in the sleeve, but A&E is always at the top of their game and sent me a replacement!
