I read other reviews first and agree that you need to do some trimming to the sal that will surrond your equimoment. I am an average to slightly above average man and noticed instant gains in length and girth (girth was veryimpressive and wife was happy). My hand pump sticks. I am not sure if it is defective or just poorly designed but it causes me to have release the valave and re-try frequently. I did not ue the ring, If you have nothing else it will serve purpose, but if you have an existing one, use it. Over all. I am a satisfied customer

I have been using the pump 3 to 4 times a week, 15 min at a time and have sustained a 3/4 inch growth in length and 1 inch increase in girth(even after I stopped pumping three weeks ago, growth remains). This pump works as advertised. I do have a few issues with it that are fairly easily remedied. The first is the sleeve that comes with it is too restrictive if you are of average size (4-5 inches in circumference). The second is, the style of pump reaches it’s pumping limit (the ball stays compressed) sooner than I would like. It may be safer that way, however, I would like more control.
If you are of average size I recommend getting the larger sleeve. If not, you will have to cut the sleeve that comes with the pump for comfort. I have not used the ring that comes with the pump for the simple reason that it looks too small and getting it off once erect may prove difficult.

It seams to work, you can see your member really grow inside the chamber but you have to be careful not to hurt yourself as it says on the box. It is painful going thru the tight sleeve inside the chamber but I think that if you use it regularly, over time it might help you grow?? First if you are not partially hard to begin with it is very difficult getting your member in the cylinder and into the rubber sleeve to get things started. Second due possibly to the lack of instructions, I don’t know how long you are suppose to wait with your member in the cylinder under negative pressure to have the thing work. Third it is painful getting your member out of the rubber sleeve even if well lubricated and only with a meager erection if you can call it that.

This product works FAST with great results. My husband has ED issues and diabetes and this pump really does work but it takes a while to get it adjusted to your own comfort level. The inner sleeve must be trimmed down to accomodate ones size. We found the included ring to be way too stiff and tight and substituted another. (Be SURE to trim those pubes first or they will get pulled!!) Overall, a great product that produces an impressive result. I would recommend it to other older men with health issues.

this was the first pump ive ever bought. i have to say that they give you the most concise instructions they could have. as a firrst time user i was unser how to use it. the black insert where you are suposed to inser your penis into is very tight. i have a average penis and it was a snugg fit even with lube. however the epump does work and create good suction. i only wish that there were more instructions on how long to keep it in an how long to pump. ohter than that it was a decent pump. it does what it claims. i really suggest having a cock ring because you will loose some of the blood low once you pull out. they give you a cock ring with the pup, hhowever if you are average sized like me its pretty tight. im 19 and im not looking to increase my size, i just want to get a harder erection and this seems to do the job. if your on the fence about it i would say try it. dff go for one of the cheaper ones and see if you like it.

The first few times I used it I must have overdone it, my penis looked like a mushrooom afterward. But after some practice with the pump and some limiting on time and pressure I got the head to stop swelling on my penis. The pump and air release is really good and the volume of the tube is great, however I dislike the rubber sleeve and the crosshair pattern really makes my penis hurt. Even after I had trimmed down to the first rib on the sleeve allowing more room the sleeve still hurts some but not as severely. When they say DO NOT USE MORE THAN ONE HOUR, they mean it, you can really fatten up your penis but you can also end up with a swollen lump on the side of your penis and lose the ability to piss straight. Funny thing! Overall I have noticed in a week an increase of 1/2 inch length and width/girth. I assume it will grow with more use. Wait and see I guess.

The bad - The sleeve is too long and not good for someone with more than 2 1/2" girth. The erection ring is a good bonus but its to tight on the pump and makes it hard to "slip" onto your base. Also it isnt very big around so if you have a wide base it squeezes way too tight. Can only use for 30 mins.
The Good - the pump does do what it says, it did increase my length and girth some and the ring did keep me rock hard for a while. There are directions on the side of the box. Not much but some.

lube is a must for a good seal, shaving is a must as well. watch a good adult movie to become erect before inserting penis. lube penis after becoming erect then insert into vessel. pump until there is a comfortable pressure. after about 10 or 15 min., the penis will be a little chubbier, then increase pressure gradually. if sleeve is too long, take sleeve out and with a sharp knife cut sleeve to a desirable length. not too short or a seal will not occur. for testicles that are being sucked into cylinder, hold a towel or rag around cylinder w/1 hand just at the testicle base to keep balls from being pulled in and pump with the other hand. pump for a max of 30 or 40 min. i have done it for about an hour or more. but try to keep it to just an hour. very dependable but now it is becoming too small for my member. it goes to 9in. and i am right at the top being sucked into the little hole up there. good luck friends and be safe.

I bought the Precision Pump for my bf just for experimental purposes. I loved it the first time we tried it. It actually increased the size. Unfortunately not longer but...wow...the girth was amazing. The only thing not so satisfying was how long it lasted.

I figured I'd try it to see If it works. Didn't really notice much in length, but girth increased quite a bit. The head swelled huge. Do yourself a favor use plenty of lube and at least trim the pubes. The ring is to tight and the rubber tip is hard to remove. Overall decent toy.

I've had three of these sent to me. it works for a month or two then the rubber gets old and tears can't buy replacement for it.. Adam & eve have made it right by sending me replacement pumps but they ripout t0o.. I just put it in the trash and have not got anything else.... Very poor

First pump, and girlfriend says it does add girth. She has fun using it and I like her reaction. Just use lots of lube or it can hurt. Also check on safety, does not come with any instructions or warnings.

Left bruising on my shaft. Didn't notice any real gain at all. Did keep it swelled up for awhile though. Lube is a must if you're going to use it and hold in the release valve when pulling out! Helps make it slide out better.

It is definitely fun to use. My wife doesn't know if she can feel any difference. It seems to give me a little more girth, but no more length. The biggest problem with the toy is it doesn't come with any instruction on how many pumps are safe, and how long you can stay inside the pump for maximum gain. I would also recommend that the sleeve inside isn't so long, it cover almost half on me, and that is too much, plus it makes it harder to pull out.

the sleeve in the pump ripped the first time I used it. So it was a waste of 30 dollars. Because it didn't come with any extra sleeves. I would more than likely enjoy it if it would not of ripped and clould get suction.

Device works great but the erection ring is very tight when removing it from the pump. The pump increased my size from 6 to 7 1/2 inches which is wonderful, but the ring needs to be removed after a while or it will leave a mark at the base of your penis

Been using it for a few weeks. I want to grow so i make a routine out of it and so far its working. pump a few times, hold for a while, release pressure, rest a little bit (penis still inside) and repeat 5-10 times. Suction is very good, sometimes it sucks ball sack (ow). You will need a lot of lube. The pump detaches from the cylinder which is good. All you really need in a pump. If you are using it to get and maintain an erection, it will get you up but doesnt hold too good once suction is released.

I bought this pump a few months ago, and I have to say, at first I was sceptical, but after the first use, I was convinced! I am an older man, and have had some difficulties in achieving a full, hard erection, and have had to resort to "blue pills" if I wanted to REALLY satisfy my partner. I just don't like the feeling the pills give me, or the cost. After using this Precision Pump I made the discovery that I don't need the pills anymore! However, I am not as hard as I was in my 20's, but much better than I thought, and able to perform well. When I first used it woked great. But should have bought the big boy. The only thing about the pump it lack, is that it comes w/one elastic. So when you clean it after each use, it rips and you are Suck Out of Luck. Wish comes w/more or a stronger material. That's why I'm moving up, at least it comes w/some extras.....I hope

Ok, as soon as I got this thing I had to try it out.. The only directions for properly using this thing is on the side of the box and they are very very vague. Anyway I chose to give it a shot and when I was pumping It pumped me out very long. I was excited right away.. Then.. I slip the very hard to maneuver erection ring off of the pump and onto my penis. That is scary because it snaps on your penis giving you a slight jolt which was not an enjoyable one. Then I relieve the pressure expecting to pull out the massive hard on and to my surprise a longer but still fairly limp penis comes out. So I had to excite myself and after that it was a pretty solid hard on. However I think ended up that way because of the erection ring squeezing everything into the front of my penis. I then ran to my wife and bent her over. Then when I came it felt rather odd (in a bad way) from where the erection ring squeezed my penis so hard. The orgasm is not as good, however I guess you are playing with a more solid baseball bat for your partner. I just wish it would have came out as big as it was in the pump before pulling it out. My advise to anyone about to try this is to get yourself at least semi hard before giving this a go. Also my most difficult part of this item is getting the erection ring off of the pump and on to my penis without slipping off the rubber gasket. The ring just barely stretches enough to slide over the pump. LASTLY DO NOT OVER PUMP YOURSELF.. I didnt do it but I was a little sore just from the pumping I did. You do not want to burst your vessels. Just read the box throughly before you go sticking your penis in something. Think with the right head.

Before I decided to try a pump out I read all the reviews on all the pumps sold on this site. Regrettably, I decided to go cheap at first to see if pumps actually work. I bought the A&E one first and that broke after only a few unsatisfied uses. Then I tried the P.P. as soon as it was delivered I tried it and was amazed with the difference between the two pumps. Just got done having sex with my boyfriend after we got our Adam and Eve package in.
