Good quality parts so far. Great suction/ tight seal with no
lube needed. Had to trim rubber seal larger to fit me but easy to do. Showing short term gains so far only one week into useing.

First of all, I bought just out of curiosity. It definitely has ample suction, but the supplied ring is way to small except for maybe someone with very little girth.

This product works FAST with great results. My husband has ED issues and diabetes and this pump really does work but it takes a while to get it adjusted to your own comfort level. The inner sleeve must be trimmed down to accomodate ones size. We found the included ring to be way too stiff and tight and substituted another. (Be SURE to trim those pubes first or they will get pulled!!) Overall, a great product that produces an impressive result. I would recommend it to other older men with health issues.

This pump really sucks! and I mean that in a good way. You can pump up till it hurts. I found the sleave that your penis goes through to tight, i snipped it with siccers, then took it off. It does work very well.
