Excellent product
Bought this pump as my blood pressure meds were causing my erection to shrink. Pump worked great, initial use (3 times) the diameter is 2.5 in and the length is approx 1/2 inch longer. Very pleased with results!

a little small
this was my first pump i have orderd and for me it was to small, I had to use it without the gasket on the bottom and that did not feel to good. It had plenty of power just I filled the tub all the way up and still needed more room, I am going to try a larger size.

Received this about three weeks ago,used it the first time had to make some modifacations to the rubber portion fits snug and hard to pull off if you dont do so,pump works great,good suction.

Not Happy Not Hard
First if you are not partially hard to begin with it is very difficult getting your member in the cylinder and into the rubber sleeve to get things started. Second due possibly to the lack of instructions, I don’t know how long you are suppose to wait with your member in the cylinder under negative pressure to have the thing work. Third it is painful getting your member out of the rubber sleeve even if well lubricated and only with a meager erection if you can call it that.

Use with caution!!
This product works FAST with great results. My husband has ED issues and diabetes and this pump really does work but it takes a while to get it adjusted to your own comfort level. The inner sleeve must be trimmed down to accomodate ones size. We found the included ring to be way too stiff and tight and substituted another. (Be SURE to trim those pubes first or they will get pulled!!) Overall, a great product that produces an impressive result. I would recommend it to other older men with health issues.

Ouch!
Trimming is a must on the sleeve. I was able to slide in after adjusting and applying some lube. I guess I should have used a gallon of lube.....I actually got stuck! Too painful trying to take it off. I am an average size guy, at least I thought so.

complete junk
Complete junk it looked like it had been returned at least 5 times maybe 10. Did not work at all would not generate even a minimal amount of suction.
