JYNORMOUS GROWTH
I was very pleased with this product after my first use...Yes, You do grow, also in a flaccid state...Please be careful and read directions on the box as the pressure you use can damage YOU/HIM...After my first use, I actually HUNG there(I did not get this from my bulb pump as the bulb broke)My New girlfriend is gonna LOVE this feeling...LOL...I am in awe of this product and happy to get a new one, as the invertion declines any suction to nil and they are sending me a new one at no cost to me...Thanks

Good little pump
Works great the first dozen or so times you use it. After that the seal in the pump tends to invert and fail to create a vacuum. This is easy to fix however, and can be prevented by adding some lubrication to the seal inside the pump. I used a light machine oil (like 3-in-1) a it fixed it right up.

The pump handle broke on the 2nd use, then when i tried to fix the handle, the suction itself disappeared.

Quite Surprised
I bought this because my hubby wanted to try it. I didn't give it much hope because we've bought others before and they've been a waste of money. However, this one does the job. It has good suction and my husband loves the way it feels. So do I if you know what I mean. Definantely worth the money.

I have bought this long ago, thought it would do something. It takes forever to put the black thing on the cylinder deal, it doesn't suck good or make your penis any larger looking than what it can already do. I think all penis pumps are like the same and will do nothing for me.. This is also very noisy.

Pistol grips are fuc-ing fantastic
I started off using those pumps that come with a bulb and you basically just squeeze the bubl to generate suction. I decide to upgrade to a pistol grip with this model and really loved the results. the suction in this model is a huge improvment over my old one, plus the pistol grip is a lot more effective than the bulb one I was using Plus the pleasure nubs on the sleeve are pretty good too, especially when you put on a bit of lube, get just a little suction and start sliding in and out, makes a good substitute for a blowjob.

Not Impressed
When I bought this item I expected much more then I got. With the trigger action I was wanting a great suction. Once you get to a certain amount of pressure it will not suck any harder no matter how many times you pull the trigger. It also only comes with one cock ring and for me it was too big. Any size I got from the pump I could not keep because the ring was not tight enough to hold the extra blood in my penis. I have not had any problems with the release valve. Takes a bit of lube to get your penis into the opening (pretty tight). If you get this buy some cock rings also.

The black sleeve tore the second day
I had high hopes for this one but alas, was not to be. I barely even got a chance to use it when the black rubber that DOES NOT COME ALREADY ATTACHED to the cylinder tore completely through. Problem is that you have to really stretch the rubber to get it attached to the cylinder and I must have made a little tear which quickly grew with use. Oh well. I wonder though, have any of you had increased flaccid penis size from using one of these things or is it all hype?

Broken Handle Too
I have the same problem, the suction release lever broke after only a few uses. This device should come with different size sleeves. Using a cyberskin with it instead of the rubber sleeve is pretty nice. Does give good suction though.
