After reading the previous reviews about this pump, I decided to invest in this pump and I think it is one of the best purchases I have made in awhile. I am just over 6 inches long and about 1.66" thick and the tube fits just about perfect. There's about an inch left at the top and very little room around the sides when I'm pumped up. If I use it without lube it hurts as the pliable chamber can ..."grip" the skin as I pump. If you're any bigger than average, it'll be a tight squeeze. Slow down with this pump so the bulb can re inflate or you may damage it. Also I had to learn how to correctly pump to allow optium blood flow to maximize my penis length from 5 in to 7 in. I use AstroGlide as a water-based lubricant. I seals perfectly. The squeeze bulb seems to work fine and it seems durable, unlike some comments in negative reviews. The product is easy to clean. I don't have any adverse reactions to... the lube or function of the product. I'm not big to begin with but I do notice a definite improvement in size and firmness after use. Well my wife and I have been getting a nice toy collection, so I figured, I would give this a shot. We were both amazed how I could grow, but there is of course some deception, that the inside of the tube is not long enough, and the base will push into your pubic bone area a bit. The bulb on the pump is junk...I could get 3 pumps before it would collapse, so alot of pressure release and pump agai...n 3 times to finally get it going. Wife was loving it watching like a student in class..lol. So I said I have an idea about the bulb, went outside to the garage and grabbed my Sunpro pistol grip hand pump for one man brake bleeding on cars...whoa, that did the trick. We also tried what another couple did and tried using the P3 with me inside and my wife was just a little to tight for that, we did succeed at least with playing with it together. So...get a pistol style brake bleeder. The hose will fit any pump im sure, and they also have the pressure dial to boot, just have to know what the safe limit is. I like this pump, the best I’ve used so far. It’s best for the average size guy. I read a lot of the reviews where men were having problems with the ball pump. The trick is to make light small pumps with the ball pump and let your member slowly adjust. Use an adequate amount of lube to your member from the head to the base and some around the seal.

I read dozens of reviews on this pump. It is very rigid but pliable enough not to crack. The bulb provides enough negative pressure to do the job. I am average sized at about 6 inches and this is perfect as it provides about an inch and a half of room to grow. This is the third one I've purchased. I like it because it's somewhat pliable and sometimes my partner loves being stretched and then take it off to finish her off. After using it a few times I pretty much fill it up completely, but it fun nonetheless. The gasket or whatever it is actually hurts when using it, so I take it off.
