After using this device just 10 times the handle broke.

Well made pump. Builds and holds suction well. But, the hose attachment to the chamber comes through the top of the chamber and leaves a very hard, sharp-edged protrusion that the head of the penis contacts when fully pumped and IT HURTS. A longer length would be MUCH better.

This item is good and it does work but it is really snug a small when i pump the tip of my penis hits the top of cylinder and when i am fully erect even with a lot of lube it is hard to remove my penis

My wife likes to pump me up for fun, and it does that fine, but it is to short and my head hits the end and does not feel good. You should put in the lenghts of these items.

this pump works good but the handle is a cheap piece of plastic that broke a month after i got it.

Started out great. Great suction. Added girth almost immediatley. Even the wife noticed after the first night during some oral. After a few weeks the rubber sleeve gets a little weak and is harder to get the suction you first had. If you work it around you can still get it to work ok though.

Was absolutely awesome at first but the jelly ring wore out very fast. Once it goes it's damn near worthless.

I am extremely pissed that this thing did not come with instructions from the manufacturer for the safe operation of this device. This means you have to cruse the internet and see what the consonances is among users. You do not want to experiment on your favorite toy! This is my second order from A&E and nothing I have ever received has had any instructions, Not top quality here. The unit itself is good sized and if your penis hits the end of it then you did not need it in the first place! The effects are like any other pump I guess, cause it is the only one I have tried. Fit is comfortable, once you get your penis in it. Use a lot of lube cause it is tight. As a First time user I consulted a professional and I was told to start off slow. No more than 3 min a day for the first 2 weeks, then add a minute for each week after that, to a max of 10 min. There is no gauge on this unit, so you are to count the number of pumps and always make it the same. Remember if it hurts, then it is to much! You do not want to damage your penis, if you do then you will be using it for the rest of your life. Or worse implants.

The pump works well overall but has a design flaw. The plastic pump handle is weak, the first one I got lasted 2 days, the replacement lasted about 1 month. Redesign the one part and you have a good product, leave it as it is and it just breaks.

This is a pretty good pump and seal, until the handle breaks. Pump was replaced, but the second one broke in exactly the same place.
