Nice design, sleeve makes it much more comfortable than some of the others we've tried, however it will not hold suction. As soon as you pump it up it begins leaking air.

Used it 4 times then the silicone base tore. A&E replaced it quickly and easily, but the same thing happened to the replacement on the 2nd use. Worked well when it worked, but for the money you should get more than 4 uses.
Bulky, doesn’t really do much except if you aren’t careful you’ll find a testicle or two getting sucked into the tube. It freakin hurts. ??
The Sleeve was uncomfortable and broke very quickly, and the release valve started leaking almost immediately.
