this product works but the sleeve sucks. i had to cut it down because my head couldnt fit through it it was way to tight

Have used this 6 - 8 times and have started to feel a difference. Not so much in length, was already 7 inches, but my wife has commented that I feel thicker, and thats what I was hoping for. Get the replacement pump sleeves or trim the top 1/3rd of the included sleeve, you will thank me.
