WOW!!!!!!!!!
This is the best ive ever had and my wife went wild and man its the best orgasum we both ever had once u cut to fit its great and doesnt come off or slide and my wife loves it hard and fast

Still to be evaluated
The head does look realistic. We'll see how it works out with my partner - who is sensitive to size but needs more than my own.

Pretty good after you size it right
This thing works surprisingly well once you size it down to custom fit. When I got it at first, it was a little too long, so I cut some of the plastic tubing down to the right size. Works very well and this thing sticks like glue. You don't have to worry about this thing coming off during sex. I do recommend buying some enhancer sleevs just to wrap around the plastic tubing part, it will help with the overall feel.

This unit gave me that little extra i needed, and boy did i have my wife screaming for more! Only bad thig is you lose your sensitivity, but the good thing is you can plow it for hours, then when you want to finish slide it off and goto town...

Great Pleasure
I purchased the extension as a surprise for my wife. It is great, she loves the feel and extended length and I get off on the suction of the device. It also keeps me harder longer.

Not dure yet as wasn't quite the right fit for me.
I'm only 6 1/2 inches long and so this provided that extra 2 inches I wanted. I had to cut it down a bit so that it wasn't rediculous. I'm not Mr. Girth or anything but I guess I was a bit to girthy for this. I couldn't get this item on all the way which left 1 or 2 inches of empty space at the end of my member. The tube needed to be a bit wider. I might try the large one but if the tube is to big then the suction might not work which keeps it on. I really don't want anything longer and so it's nice to be able to cut it down to control the length.

ok
wife says that allthough she liked the extra length she dosent like the fake rubber feel. she would just as soon have the real thing!!!!!

Lot of Fun
My wife loves the extra inches. I am only 6" long so this added more the bedroom. It was easy to use. We might try the longer extentions.
