I am of average size and have not had any issues with this item. I read other reviews stating it was difficult to get on but if I use a little lube on my shaft it slides on easily. My wife likes the fact that she can feel/see the head due to it sticking out of the end, but that the added girth fills her up. It's a little tough to get on, but it needs to be in order to stay on. A whisper of silicone lube works great. It adds a little girth to the member, maybe alot to a thin one, but when you stretch it over an already thick shaft it doesn't add as much. I was expecting more.
