Like everyone else said, needs more support at the point your penis and the extension meet. Once inside her and using lots of lube the extension does not pull back when you do, its like a rubber band stretching. This could be a great item if they would fix that problem. Was useless...

This is my third penis extension purchase from adam and eve They are all poorly desing.To make an extension work it has to be part of the penis.To do this the penis head has to be inserted into the extension.To make a four inch extension the extension has to be six inches two inches is where the penis head is snuggly fitted.Try removing the penis using your extension the penis would come out then you have to pull the extension out.The penis and extension should be able to penetrate and pull out as one unit.I had to modify all extensions that i had purchase and they work very well.
