Does not stay on tongue but can be used on finger also the switch will not stay on very well but is strong for such a small vib. didn't do exactly what we thought but overall my wife was pleased with what we were able to do with it

I am not super crazy with the product. I have a hard time keeping them in place, plus one of the straps already broke. The vibrator is good and strong, but again the straps aren't very good.
